How It Works

Organizational culture is the product of shared beliefs—what we value—and behaviors—how we show up every day. This tool invites you to rate both for seven key elements of innovation culture, then maps your responses into four quadrants.

Upper Left: Aspirational

Strong beliefs, infrequent behaviors. Values we hold but haven't yet translated into consistent action.

Upper Right: Culture

Strong beliefs with frequent behaviors. Authentic, lived culture—aligned and consistently enacted every day.

Lower Left: Neutral Zone

Weak beliefs and infrequent behaviors. Elements that are not current priorities for your organization.

Lower Right: Habits

Frequent behaviors without strong underlying beliefs. Routines that may lack intentional conviction.
